Shipping Information Domestic Shipping (UK Mainland Only). Parcels up to 20kg: £20–£25 Note: This excludes deliveries to Scotland, Ireland, and the Channel Islands. Heavy Parcels & Remote Areas. For parcels over 20kg and shipments to areas outside the UK mainland, shipping costs will be calculated upon request. International Shipping. Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated upon request. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Collection If you'd prefer to collect your order, please select the "Collection" option at checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup within one hour of confirmation. Collection Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order hasn’t arrived within two business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact us at sales@landgengineering.co.uk with your company name and order number.
Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged, please email sales@landgengineering.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo of the item’s condition. We handle these situations individually and strive to offer a fair resolution.
