Batch fryers are suitable for cooking potato crisps, vegetable chips and other snacks. They are available in a wide range of sizes, producing anything from 80kg to 300kg+ of finished product per hour.
The automatic stirrer agitates the food and evenly cooks each batch of product. The HMI touch screen provides you with the ability to input precise temperature profiles and recipes for each product.
While the PLC control gives your operators the ability to constantly monitor the cooking process. It also allows you to monitor oil levels, auto fill and top up levels.
The health of the combustion system, pressure monitoring, recording and logging can all be accessed via the PLC control.
Powered by highly efficient direct tube firing gas burners and a tube bank heat exchanger, there is excellent heat/energy transfer, low flue temperatures and energy consumption.
All of our fryers are fitted with a steam hood, filters and a variable speed extraction fan.
